To participate in the program, a customer must become a member of the Program (hereinafter the “Member”). The Program is only available to on-line customers of http://www.bkamins.com/ (the “Website”) and applicable only to purchases made on the Website.  Enroll for FREE and start earning rewards today! Free Shipping

Once the Member’s purchase level on the Website reaches five hundred dollars ($500.00), the Member is entitled to free shipping on all orders while still a Member of the Program. The minimum purchase level of $500 must be made within six (6) months to qualify for free shipping in the Program.  Please note that free shipping applies only for domestic ground shipping and to orders shipping to Canada and the Continental USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

Free Samples

Members are entitled to 3 free samples with every order. B. Kamins will send  you complementary products to enhance your current regime!  If you would like specific samples, please make your request upon checkout in the comment box.  B. Kamins cannot guarantee the requested samples but will make every effort to to do so.

Reward Points

Earning reward points is easy. Spend $1 and earn 10 reward points! Each product will have a designated point value, when you have earned enough points, simply redeem the product of choice!

How To Collect Reward Points

  • To collect reward points, following enrollment in the Program, the Member must make purchases on the Website.
  • Reward points are awarded at a rate of 10 reward points for 1 dollar spent on each separate purchase of Kamins products. Reward points will be calculated by reference to the net (purchase price less discounts) pre-tax total of each transaction.
  • Returns and/or exchanges of Kamins products will result in the deduction from the Member’s account of any reward points accumulated from the original purchase and all such points will be forfeited.

Redeeming Reward Points

  • Reward points may be monitored through the privacy of the Member’s on-line account.
  • When a Member has accumulated sufficient reward points to obtain the desired reward, the Member can add the product to the shopping cart and choose "redeem my points" on checkout to complete the transaction.
  • Once the request has been received and verified by B. Kamins, B. Kamins will ship the reward directly to the Member. Members should allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from the time of the request.
  • If reward points earned are not redeemed within twenty four (24) consecutive calendar months of being earned, the reward points will expire and no longer be valid.
  • If the Member desires for a redemption reward to be shipped with an order, the Member should contact Customer Service directly at 888-252-6467.

Automatic Replenishment (Optional) Sign up

As a Member of the Program, the Member may choose the convenience of automatic shipping. Every 60 days the Member will receive a 2-month supply of their selected skin care regime delivered right to their doorstep. The Member’s credit card will be billed for each 60-day supply. Or, alternatively, the Member may customize the frequency of the Member’s deliveries to match his or her individual usage. Never worry about running out or forgetting to reorder!

Membership in the Program

  • Membership in the Program is absolutely free and no initial purchase is required. Simply check the box to join on the "Create an Account" page and start enjoying all of the benefits! 
  • The Member should immediately update any changes of personal information including name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail directly in their on-line account on the Website, or by contacting Customer Service at 888-BKAMINS.
  • B. Kamins reserves the right to refuse membership in the Program to any customer who does not follow the prescribed enrollment procedures.
  • Membership is only available to individuals – membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual.
  • Members must be 18 years or older to participate.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Member will be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein and by all applicable laws.
  • Interpretation of Terms and Conditions shall be the sole discretion of B. Kamins.
  • Reward points are not transferable from one Member to another.
  • Reward points may not be shared or combined between Members. Only the Member paying for the products may accumulate reward points.
  • Reward points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Reward points cannot be sold or purchased. Reward points are void if sold for cash or any other consideration.
  • Members cannot receive reward points for purchases prior to the Program introduction.
  • Members will only receive reward points for purchases made on the Website and cannot receive reward points for purchases of B. Kamins products made from spas, retail outlets, other websites or by any other means of distribution.
  • Should the Member not acquire any reward points for 12 consecutive calendar months, the membership will be deemed inactive and all accumulated reward points will be forfeited. At that time the reward points balance may be reduced to zero at B. Kamins’ discretion.
  • A Member’s reward points balance will be reduced by the number of reward points required to obtain the desired free gift. Unredeemed reward points will remain in the Member’s account.
  • Reward points can only be redeemed if the required point redemption level is acquired prior to the redemption transaction.

General Information

  • The Program will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2011 (the “Termination Date”).
  • Members will have until March 31, 2012 to redeem rewards using reward points accumulated up to the Termination Date. Reward points will expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2012 and will not be honored after such expiration date.
  • B. Kamins reserves the right to extend the Program beyond the Termination Date, or terminate the Program at any time prior to the Termination Date, by providing 30 days notice on the Website. If events beyond B. Kamins control materially affect the Program, the Program may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • B. Kamins may restrict, suspend or otherwise alter any aspect of the Program without notice. Any material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Website and made available to Members upon request.
  • The Member’s application to the Program through sign-up on the Website constitutes agreement by the Member to all the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  • Any abuse by a Member of the Program’s privileges, any failure by a Member to follow the Program’s rules, regulations, Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation by a Member may, at B. Kamins’ sole discretion, subject the Member to expulsion from the Program, including forfeiture of all accumulated reward points.
  • Upon suspension or termination of the Program for any reason whatsoever, B. Kamins will have no liability therefore to any Member and is automatically released from any and all claims by the Member in respect of such suspension, termination, forfeiture of reward points, redemption of reward points or otherwise in respect of such suspension or termination.
  • Program ownership resides with B. Kamins. B. Kamins reserves the right to transfer the operation of the Program to a successor company or a third party.
  • Any of the provisions set out above are void where prohibited by law.

Privacy of Information

  • B. Kamins shall maintain the privacy, security and integrity of all personal information collected from Members, such as, but not restricted to: name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth and purchasing information. This information will be used to credit reward points to the correct membership account, to communicate with the Member, to better understand the Member’s shopping and information needs and to offer the Member relevant information, products, services and rewards to meet those needs.
  • B. Kamins will not give, rent or sell its Member list to any organization or individual.
  • B. Kamins Member information is stored in B. Kamins’ confidential database located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Access to this information will be restricted only to authorized personnel of Kamins.
  • From time to time, B. Kamins may communicate special offers, information and services to Members, both from B. Kamins and in cooperation with our spa partners. Any Member who does not wish to receive these offers may indicate so on the enrollment form in the designated area. Alternatively, he or she may advise Customer Service.
  • B. Kamins is bound by law to disclose any personal information about its Members to satisfy any law, regulation or government regulations. To that end, B. Kamins will cooperate with any law enforcement body in any investigation about unlawful activity on the Website.
  • B. Kamins agrees to respect and observe all applicable laws and legislation relating to the personal collection of information.

Limitation on Liability

  • B. KAMINS MAKES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, THAT ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (A) ANY USE OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM, (B) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY BY B. KAMINS IN CONNECTION WITH THE LOYALTY PROGRAM (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY COMPONENT OF THIS LOYALTY PROGRAM); OR (C) THE PERFORMANCE OR NON PERFORMANCE OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM BY B. KAMINS, EVEN IF B. KAMINS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your registration information, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • B. KAMINS MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE LOYALTY PROGRAM, WHICH IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. B. KAMINS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATOIN OR WARRANTY THAT ITS LOYALTY PROGRAM WILL BE ERROR-FREE. B. KAMINS FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION DISTRIBUTED WITH RESPECT TO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM. B. KAMINS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILTIY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF GRADE.
  • The information provided by you on your loyalty program application, and other information that may be provided by you from time to time, is required by B. Kamins to award and administer your loyalty program account and to maintain the accuracy of your information.

Taxes

  • Determination and payment of tax liability on awards, including income tax, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Member.
