REPORTING TO: Director of Sales and Director of Business Development
Primary Duties
- Determine the prospective customers and seek them and develop new markets.
- Visit and promote new clients.
- Present to the customers a statement or a description of the advantages and the uses of the products which he represents.
- Estimate and establish the terms of credit or contract, guarantees and the delivery dates according to the policies and the practices of the company.
- Draft sale contracts and or assure the drafting accordingly to the practices and the policies of the company.
- Communicate with the customers, after the sale or the signature of contracts, to assure a follow-up and resolve problems that could occur in order to maintain a satisfactory customer relation and a good retention level.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSESS
- Perfectly fluent in English.
- Graduated studies in connection with the sale or the Marketing.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in wholesales.
- A professional experience related to beauty products constitutes an asset
- Strong planning, organization, time-management skills.
- Resultsoriented.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Establish easily relations; high sociability.
- Good knowledge of Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Notes).
- Fluent English conversation.
- Incline to travel within Québec and New England.

REPORTING TO: Director of Sales and Director of Business Development
Primary Duties
- Manage, coach & motivate the sales staff in order to reach the quantitative and qualitative goals in line with the corporate objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report on the results of individuals and the team. Set priorities, and address performance gaps and opportunities, using tools available.
- Responsible for individual operational processes, relationships, initiatives or analysis at a manager-only level that either drives or protects targeted revenues.
- Promote and manage a customer-centric team through monitoring and managing performance to meet established product and service standards.
- Responsible for continually investigating and providing new, innovative & value-added services that will improve, enhance or simplify the processes.
- Identify, develop and implement improvements to Operations processes, procedures, and policies.
Act as a liaison with other departments to represent the views & or needs of the national sales force while simultaneously building strong working relationships.
- Participate in special projects, representing Operations, as required.
- Assist in rollout, communications, processes, support and or training surrounding improvement to or launch of products, processes and or initiatives by the business unit.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSESS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or equivalent.
- 5 years management experience, in a sales position.
- Industry experience is essential.
- Experience in the cosmetic Industry is a sure asset
- Strong execution and decision making skills.
- Good knowledge of Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Notes).
- Strong mentoring and staff development skills. Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, time-management skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Incline to travel within North America (40 to 50 percent).
